i wanted to but some desk flags for a birthday for decoration. i kinda waited to the last minute and wasn't sure if they would get to me in time. but they did and in plenty of time too! they were wonderful and very kind in their replies to me, the extras were a sweet nice touch which made additional presents. would recommend and will definitely work with them in the future! thank you!
I placed an order at this business and after I hadn't received it I followed up a few times and finally texted Frederick Prohaska and he looked into it and realized indeed I hadn't received my order. To make up for it, he immediately sent me an even more expensive product than the one I ordered, along with a few free goodies. While my original order had fallen through the cracks, the owner showed his good will and more than made up for it. Anybody can make a mistake; so long as they make the customer happy in the end. Had he wanted to rip me off, he never would have corrected things and given me much more than I paid for.
